Return or Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your latest purchase, we offer you the choice to Return the item(s) to us for a full refund or Exchange your item(s) with a different item(s) within 30 days of order receipt.

Making returns and exchanges at casemalls is easy. Simply follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!

Returns
Contact our customer service and let us know your reason for returning the merchandise. We’re here to help!
After initial contact, we will send you a follow-up email. Simply follow the instructions mentioned in our email to send your order back to us.
Make sure that the item(s) are in their original good condition and have not been used.
Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do not forget to mention the Special Return Code that will be issued to you once you send in your return request.
Returns are processed within 30 business days of package receipt.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
If we have caused a shipping error, we will compensate you for shipping. Otherwise, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
The following items are non-refundable:
Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
Final Sale items.
Exchanges
Contact us and let us know which product(s) would you like (specify the color & style) in exchange for your original purchase.
Send us the bag(s) in perfect condition, packed using the original packing material.
Include the invoice.
Item(s) ordered for exchange must be in stock. In case the items are out of stock, we will process the exchange order only once the item(s) are back in stock and available to us. This can take anywhere between 10 days to a month. We will email you once your exchange order has been processed at our end and shipped to you.
This exchange policy does not cover items that have been accidently damaged by you, the customer.
